Tekken 7 Videos Feature Lucky Chloe, Shaheen, Gigas And Claudio
(Last Updated On: May 11, 2016)

Jae Min Bae has some extensive video streams up on YouTube featuring various matches and showcasing some of the new characters on the roster such as Claudio, Shaheen, Gigas and a few others. He also takes a look at the remade and revamped, tentacle-friendly Yoshimitsu.

The first stream is nearly four hours long and mostly focuses on Shaheen, the middle-eastern fighter. You can see his combos on display and a few other specials and grabs executed. Later on in the stream – after about the hour and a half mark – Min Bae proceeds to switch over to a few other characters. You can check it out below.

In the second stream, recently published this week on the Afreeca.tv live-streaming service and moved over to YouTube for convenience sake, Jae Min Bae gives gamers a look at Claudio in an S&M getup, Gigas tearing through the competition and a look at some of the wacky costumes and customization features. We even get to see Kazumi Mishima fighting for a bit in a teeny-tiny bikini at around the three hour mark.

You can check out the video of the stream below. A word of warning, it clocks it at close to six hours but it gives you a look at a lot of the content in Tekken 7.

The final video comes courtesy of YouTuber taktak1893. The video features an entire half hour of nothing but Lucky Chloe… her shrill voice echoing throughout the arena after every hit and every combo, as well as that bouncy personality filling up the screen with all her otaku-driven charm.

You can check out the video below, which still manages to have a few people making comment about the “hate” that Lucky Chloe has received. She was particularly hated on NeoGaf, the same place that censors comments and bans users for disagreeing with a sociopolitical stance.

All the fights in the videos above are taking place online. Over in Japan Tekken 7 already has online support for the arcade mode.

According to Franchise Herald, they do an extensive write-up on the road ahead for Tekken 7 and how famed producer of the series Katsuhiro Harada has plans on implementing the online mode at North American arcades before working on porting the game to the Xbox One and PS4.

Harada also has plans to upgrade and update the roster, as well as introduce four brand new characters before the game preps for a final release.

Tekken 7 is due for release at some undisclosed time for the PS4 and Xbox One. Given that it’s running on the Unreal Engine 4 there are rumors that Bandai Namco Games will also port the game to PC – and even though a PC version was running for the development of the game, whether or not a PC version actually arrives is a whole different story.
