Closed Beta For Xbox One Mods Scheduled Next Week For Fallout 4

That’s right, the official Fallout 4 Xbox One Closed Beta is set to go live next week. This will also bump folks up to update 1.5.205, and will allow even more mod options for console players. PC is currently on update 1.5.205, while PS4 will receive the same treatment sometime next month during June. This news comes in by Bethesda’s Twitter page announcing said support for Xbox One players.

As of this writing, in the next six days folks on Xbox One will be able to participate in the Closed Beta for mod support, which grants more options for Fallout 4 mods. This information comes from Bethesda posting a tweet announcing the upcoming support, as seen below.

To clarify the situation a bit if you are new and reading this, Bethesda first released update 1.5.205 to PC, moving it up from the previous 1.5 version to 1.5.205. Xbox One will soon gain the same 1.5.205 update too, but will take place next week. As for PS4 players, this will likely arrive until June and will move it up from version 1.5 to 1.5.205.

In addition to what 1.5.205 offers, players will find “general improvements” to the mod menu, and an added option to delete all mods. This is also followed by disabling mods and being able to search for specific types with a “Search Option.” Moreover, we also learn that issues with images displaying in the browser are fixed along with other features noted on bethesda.net.

To be honest, I can’t wait to see all the crazy mods to come out by players around. I’m sure with the mass variety to hit the scene will spice up the game, and will provide a nice ample amount to make some pretty interesting alterations to Fallout 4. With that said, DemonAsylum took a break from glitching and his usual guides to give a nice summary of the Closed Beta for Xbox One players.

Fallout 4 is currently out right now, which is accompanied by its latest DLC — Far Harbor. The action-RPG is available across PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
