Airport Architect Announced For PC, PS4 And Xbox One

UIG Entertainment announced that they have a new strategy management game on the way called Airport Architect. The new game will see players having to manage and construct their own airport.

You get to personalize the structure, deal with realistic and advanced simulations relating to the way real multi-terminal airports operate, along with dealing with countless passengers, planes and companies.

The game also allows players to modify and customize both interior and exterior designs, along with managing a wide assortment of aerial craft coming in and out of the airport. There’s a new teaser trailer that UIG released for the game, but it’s the frustrating kind of tease. And no, I’m not talking about Katy Perry in an Elmo t-shirt tease, I’m talking Reddit-style jailbait tease. The trailer is only 14 seconds long and barely enough to get you going, but you can check it out below.

Unfortunately we have no idea what the actual gameplay looks like based on that trailer above. They did, however, release some press screenshots to give you an idea of what the game looks like and you can check those out below.

Airport Architect

So yeah, the game looks like Minecraft and Flight Simulator from 1998. Even still, some gamers might enjoy the bustling hustle of passengers coming in and going out of the airport, dealing with the busy runways and bringing and taking out aircraft from the hangars.

The game is scheduled to launch sometime during the fourth quarter of 2016 for PC, and it will arrive in spring of 2017 for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. You can stay abreast with the latest news by visiting the official Airport Architect fanpage.
