Pre-Orders Open For Game Of Thrones Figurine, The Hound
Game of Thrones

Sandor Clegane, best known to some as “The Hound”, will be receiving his very own 1/6th scale pose-able action figure. The figure looks grand-fantastic. The detail and articulation put into the structure and face are incomparable to anything else out there right now.

The news was posted up over on the Play-Asia Twitter account, where they announced that the figure is currently available for pre-order from their shop for the not-so-low price of $224.99.

While it seems pretty darn expensive, the reality is that the detail is amazing. Standing at 33cm tall, Threezero’s reconstruction of the lovable bad guy that is “The Hound” looks like he stepped right off the set of The Game of Thrones.

Just check out the image below to see just how close to the real actor they managed to get the figure to look.

You’ll get “The Hound”, along with a removable pouch, two short blades, a long sword with a sheath, a great sword with a sheath, and two sets of hands, one of which contains open palms while the other set is positioned to hold the swords.

I get the feeling, though, that this isn’t the sort of thing where you would want to be playing with the figure all too often. It doesn’t look like the kind of thing that can handle a lot of rough and tumble usage.

The clothes that Clegane is wearing is actually made out of real fabric, while the figure itself is made out of ABS and PVC material.

Threezero’s figure will be available from out of Japan and you can import it through Play-Asia. Pre-orders will be available up until September 18th, 2016 since the figure will be available in limited supplies. The figure itself won’t ship out until April 30th, 2017 next year.
