Sniper Elite 4 Pre-Order Bonus Includes A Mission To Kill Hitler

With Hillary Clinton’s campaign taking a strong stance to fight against Pepe the cartoon frog and his Nazi memes, a lot of the general public has been reminded of the dangers and horrors of the Holocaust. Considering that Adolf Hitler is dead and that fighting against Pepe the frog isn’t really possible, companies like Rebellion are reviving the opportunities for gamers to go head-to-head against the Fuhrer himself in Sniper Elite 4.

Rebellion released a new two minute trailer featuring the pre-order bonus mission that will be available for those who commit to an early purchase of the game.

The trailer starts with a look at a vibrant Italian town that looks like it comes right out of Hitman‘s Sapienza map. You can check it out below.

The trailer showcases some of the new weaponry at the disposal of players, along with the new and improved x-ray attacks. In one scene we see the main character palm strike the face of a Nazi soldier, shattering his lower jaw and sending bone fragments spraying up to his brain like fireworks on the eve of July 4th.

Some of the more action-oriented scenes are also on display, including rooftop hopping and standard third-person shooting. The game certainly has a more action-oriented, blockbuster feel to the presentation compared to previous entries in the series.

The new melee combat moves that ruptures spleens, destroys kidneys, shatters bones and breaks balls adds an extra layer of entertainment and strategy to the fold.

Plenty of players will likely find themselves engaging in melee combat just to see those x-ray attacks in action.

The pre-order bonus mission featuring Adolf Hitler will be free for anyone who pre-orders Sniper Elite 4 for PC, PS4 or Xbox One. According to the press release, the mission is designed for one or two player co-op play and will be highly replayable.

The full game is due for release on February 14th, 2017 for home consoles and PC for $59.99. For more info be sure to visit the official website.
