Yo-Kai Watch 3: Sukiyaki Gains New Debut Trailer Showing Gameplay

A new website accompanies a new trailer that Level-5 recently launched for Yo-Kai Watch 3: Sukiyaki. As of now the new Yo-Kai Watch game for the Nintendo 3DS will launch in Japan on December 15th.

According to the new site for Yo-Kai Watch 3: Sukiyaki, one of the latest features that will be in the game consist of a new four-player (and solo play) “Yo-Kai Watch Blasters Treasure” mode. In this mode various traps will block your path, as well as many powerful bosses like the Galactalian.

This mode will also hold a new treasure known as “New Parts” that are hidden within dungeons. However, if you manage to find these treasures and obtain them they can raise the rank from E-rank yo-kai to S-rank yo-kai. Additionally, these treasures can also provide special items too.

The new treasure mode will also make its way to Yo-Kai Watch 3: Sushi and Yo-Kai Watch 3: Tempura through a free update named “Treasure Update” on December 15th.

Moreover, a special story linked to Yo-Kai Watch The Movie: The Flying Whale and the Grand Adventure of the Double Worlds, Meow! has been added to Yo-Kai Watch 3: Sukiyaki. The movie switches back and forth between the anime and real-life, but the game holds a graphic novel style. This is set to debut on December 17th.

Speaking of movies, a shorter one in the form of a trailer that contains gameplay of Yo-Kai Watch 3: Sukiyaki can be seen below.

Furthermore, your data from Yo-Kai Watch 3: Sushi and Yo-Kai Watch 3: Tempura can be sent over/transferred to Yo-Kai Watch 3: Sukiyaki. All story progress, as well as the yo-kai that are your friends will be present in said game. In addition you can also link the three games together to get a new “God Yo-Kai”.
