Fallout 4 Mods Add Borderlands Guns And Expand Diamond City
(Last Updated On: February 9, 2017)

Want another Borderlands game instead of another crappy Battleborn character? Well, sorry, you’re gonna have to wait. But in the meantime a modder recently added a list of Borderlands’ revolvers to the wasteland, while another mod expands the size of Diamond City. Fallout 4 is out now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

Borderlands’ weapons, especially the revolvers, sport a distinctive look to them, and that distinctive look mixes well with Bethesda’s Fallout 4. There are plenty of mods that bring Borderlands to the wasteland, but none match modder TrickyVein and how he provides all the revolvers in the action-adventure RPG.

You can now use all of the revolvers from Bordelands in Fallout 4 as seen in the screenshots below.

If you want to see the guns in action, Oh Deer has a near three minute long video showing a some of the revolvers reloading and shooting.

The next mod makes one of the most visited cities in Fallout 4, Diamond City, much bigger and spacious. This mod is good for those who like to explore stuff and are bored because they visited everywhere in FO4 one too many times. I should note that even though more places are added the mod is made to be lore friendly and provide quality over quantity, as noted by modder Statsmakten…

“Diamond City Expansion allows you to explore more of the Fenway Park stadium. It adds numerous interesting interiors, not only in the city but also corridors and rooms inside the stadium. Focus has been on quality, not quantity, which means that the aim was to make the locations as lore-friendly, authentic, meaningful and unique as possible rather than adding loads of bleak environments.”

YouTuber Klone Wolf has a video tour showing the before and after changes that the mod brings to Diamond City.

You can get this mod now by heading over to NexusMods.
