If you are looking for Xur to barter with in Destiny, you will be able to find the vendor at the Tower selling his exotic items. Bungie’s first-person shooter looter is out now for PS3, Xbox 360, PS4 and Xbox One.
On a number scale of 1 through 10 Xur is about a 6 this week. He isn’t all that derpy or good, but he does have some noteworthy items for newcomers and intermediate players adventuring through Destiny.
You can find him by going straight after entering the Tower and going past Morn, which you should see Xur to the left in the room selling his exotic items. Some of his armor is worth passing on, although the weapon he’s selling is something worth looking over if you aren’t endgame status.
The strange vendor’s inventory consists of the Titans Ruin Wings gauntlets, Hunters Fr0st-EE5 boots, and the Warlocks Astrocyte Verse helmet. The only noteworthy item on this list is the Ruin Wings for the Titan — just because it allows heavy ammo to be restocked when proceed.
As for the weapon that Guardians will be able to pick up this week is the No Land Beyond, which is an exotic primary sniper rifle. The weapon isn’t all that bad, but it stands to be a “fun gun” rather than something that works as a nice backbone to your merits.

TL;DR: If you want you can pick up the Ruin Wings gauntlets, No Land Beyond (if you don’t have it already), Three of Coins, Heavy Ammo Synths, or either of the new bundles. I should note that these items are optional and are best for newcomers or intermediate players.
