Fallout 4 Mods Bring Sim Settlement And Fallrim Script Tool

Two new mods are now available for Fallout 4 that come in the form of letting players add more resources through an ESM so that it’s less work and will not inflate the size of other mods, while the second mod comes in as a script tool for Fallout 4.

The first mod on this list comes in by Kinggath, which allows players to create detailed, living places with little effort. The goal behind this mod is so that every settlement looks unique and like an “awesome Fallout city”, which rewards players with upgrades, perks and other special things through each step of the game.

The description for this mod sits below.

Allows you to build zone objects that tell the settlers what type of buildings to create in different areas of your settlement and they will do so. Includes a progression system, a more interesting settler needs system, and rewards to help settlements matter more.

Breaking the mod down even further, the mod offers a plethora of items and resources for anyone to add their own stuff to the mod. Seeing that this mod is an ESM, other mods are said to set this as a “Master File” and therefore make pure use of some of the objects in the mod Sim Settlements.

A video below by Kinggath shows the mod in action.

You can get this mod by heading over to NexusMods.

The next and last mod on this list is Markdf’s Skyrim SE/Fallout 4 Script Cleaner Tool, which is a free and open source tool. The mod comes with ReSaver and can read/write Skyrim SE, Skyrim LE and Fallout 4 save-files. While the mod can provide useful information, the mod can also edit script data and can terminate threads.

It’s worth noting that Java is required as well as Mod Organizer for managing your mods and save-game directories. But with that said, more information regarding this mod can be found by heading over to Markdf’s Skyrim SE NexusMods page, or by watching a video by JamesMc.

This mod is currently available over on NexusMods.

Fallout 4 is out now for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
