Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare – Continuum DLC Pack Drops April 18th

Activision and Infinity Ward released a new trailer detailing the new Continuum map pack, which is the second DLC pack for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

The pack contains four new multiplayer maps, including Excees, Archive, Scrap and Turista.

Each map takes advantage of the sci-fi, futuristic settings of Infinite Warfare, giving gamers a look at the possibility of a post-futurist metropolis of excess. Each of the maps get a little bit of spotlight in the trailer below, which clocks in at just over two minutes long.

I have no idea what’s up with that guy throwing dollar bills off the top of his SMG as if he were in a strip club trying to lay down some fat Benjamins across the thick backside of a curvy beauty, but whatever floats the boat of Call of Duty players. Treating guns like strippers… it’s a fetish a little too far for my tastes.

Anyway, the one map with the magnetic construction setup is pretty cool just because you can flip the switch and go upside down and take people out from above.

Of course it’s still Call of Duty so if you don’t like running and gunning you aren’t going to like the new maps.

It also appears as if there’s a new zombie map as well called the Shaolin Shuffle.

The DLC will arrive first for PS4 owners on April 18th, and it’s free if you already paid for the Season Pass. If you didn’t pay for the Season Pass then you’ll have to pay extra for the content. Xbox One and PC users will gain access to the Continuum DLC pack at a later date.

It’s hard to tell exactly how popular this DLC pack will be, but Infinite Warfare just hasn’t been catching on with a lot of gamers compared to Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.
