Turtle Beach’s Elite Pro Tournament Edition Gaming Headset Coming To PC In July

Turtle Beach announced that they’ve partnered up with Astralis to release the new Elite Pro Tournament Edition Gaming Headset for PC this upcoming July. Shortened to the Elite Pro – PC Edition, the gaming headset is designed to help give gamers the most clear and precise audio processing output to help them keep their competitive gaming levels intact while they take on other equally skilled gamers.

Juergen Stark, CEO, Turtle Beach Corporation commented about why they decided to focus on PC this time around with their newest headset, mentioning in the press release…

“With so many console gamers, pro players and teams already enjoying the Elite Pro since its debut last year, we knew we needed to extend this offering to gamers playing on PC too. This new partnership with Astralis continues to show that the best gamers in the world choose to work with Turtle Beach, and not only are we excited to jointly debut our new Elite Pro – PC Edition together, but we’re looking forward to working with them to bring even more groundbreaking gaming headsets to the PC space in the future.”

The Elite Pro PC Edition features Aerofit ear cushions that block out external sounds, the new ComforTec adjustable system to fit any head shape or size, along with ProSpecs pressure-relief tech so for those of you who wear glasses while gaming. The ProSpecs setup is definitely an important factor given that a lot of gamers complain about headsets not properly being setup to accommodate for their glasses.

The Elite Pro PC Edition also sports 50mm drivers for high-quality sound output, TruSpeak mic support, DTS Surround Sound modes, DTS HeaphoneX technology that processes 7.1 channel soundtrage quality output, and the typical Turtle Beach design that most gamers expect from the product.
