Realm Of The Flesh Is An Anti-SJW Game: Boasts Nudity, Gore, Sexual Content
(Last Updated On: June 6, 2016)

Jonathan McIntosh from Feminist Frequency has been going on and on about “toxic masculinity” on Twitter, claiming that violent games with sexually charged content help contribute to said “toxic masculinity”. McIntosh is considered a “social justice warrior”, someone intent on advocating censorship and suppression of certain kinds of media content. Well, one game is diving deep into the “Anti-SJW” counter-culture mentality and it’s called Realm of the Flesh.

Dark Illusions Entertainment is holding nothing back as far as content and over-the-top violence, gore and sex are concerned. Tons of bare breasts, genitalia physics, and dismemberment – Realm of the Flesh goes all in. You can see how the game looks with the gameplay prototype video below, which is very much NSFW.

There’s so much politically incorrect material in the game that the denizens of /pol/ probably had to watch some Sesame Street to clean their mental palate.

Part of the game’s promotion is its mature warning label. Yes, the warning label is being used as a promo feature for the game. Check it out:

  • BLOOD AND GORE
  • INTENSE VIOLENCE
  • STRONG LANGUAGE
  • STRONG SEXUAL CONTENT
  • MATURE HUMOR
  • NUDITY
  • USE OF ALCOHOL
  • USE OF DRUGS
  • USE OF TOBACCO
  • DISTURBING IMAGERY
  • SATANIC SYMBOLISM

Players don the role of a customizable female protagonist who can run around wearing whatever you want her to wear. As the video above depicts, the game holds nothing back, going all-in on the mature subject matter.

The customization also extends from gear, clothing items and tattoos, to physical body modifications.

There’s also fixed camera angles similar to the old Resident Evil and Alone in the Dark games, and finishing moves are also present to keep the demon spawns down for good. It’s like a mix between a Rob Zombie film, the Playboy channel and Resident Evil.

All that demon schlong, though… I wonder how well Valve will take to that? It’s literally one SFM video away from it physically slapping people in the face.

The Steam community is mostly supportive of the game, but some worry that the overt sexual content could keep it from making it through Greenlight. The only thing that might actually stop the game is if a campaign put together by the “Social Justice Warriors” could get it pulled, just like what happened with Hatred.

Nevertheless, Gabe Newell stepped in to save Hatred, but will he ride in to save a grind-house gutter game all about boobs, guns and demons? It’s a tough call.

If you want to see this game make it through to Steam, you can give it an upvote and favorite over on the official Steam Greenlight page. As previously stated, it’s an 18+ game so if you’re at work… well, save the URL and open it up when you’re not at work. Just make sure you delete the browsing history so you don’t send the wife into panic.
