Fallout 4 Mods Add Working Bathrooms, New Chems And Explosive Weapons

Fallout 4 survivors in search of new mods might find some of these newest mods to be interesting. The three new mods aren’t story changing, but do add some flair to the base game. This includes working bathrooms in Settlements, better textured chems, and brand new explosive weapons.

The first downloadable mod by Steve40 adds over 38 craftable showers, baths, toilets, urinals, sinks, shower-bath combos and bubblers. Each object, when used, adds character status effects that increase certain stats.

Settlers, traders and other people around and about the wasteland will be able to use these ports, if you choose to let them. Although 38 are craftable, there are around 76 pieces of furniture in total. You can check out a nice video detailing the mod by Oxhorn.

The next mod doesn’t hold anything special besides a texture overhaul, which isn’t a bad thing seeing how some textures in the vanilla version are on the low quality side.

Adding a bit of age and chipping to chems, thanks to Ephla442, the mod really makes them stand out unlike before. The new version of each chem now looks pretty detailed, especially with the added edition of the glowing Stimpaks.

The last thing with this mod is that folks will be able to find two new chems, which are Pills and StimRads. The former increases damage resistance, while the latter removes radiation and heals.

The last mod by Sean_s, brings so many explosives to the table that players will be able to nuke all of Boston in Fallout 4, if they choose to do so. Sporting well over 60 explosives, plus the very popular M79 grenade launcher, I don’t think there will be a dull moment when playing with this mod.

Listing all of the explosives would take too long and would be odd to do, so instead you can watch a video by Sean_s himself.

Fallout 4 is out now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. All of these mods are for PC, and should soon head to Xbox One if they aren’t already. As for PS4 players, they will gain mod support on August 2nd.
