Riders Of Icarus Upcoming Updates Includes Lots Of New Locations

WeMade Entertainment’s lead designer took to a recent blog post entry over on the official Nexon website to describe the roadmap of content they have planned for the MMORPG, Riders of Icarus.

The new content includes a number of fantasy-oriented locations that will take players well beyond the standard isles and locales featured in the current iteration of the CryEngine-powered MMO.

One of the new locations includes a dungeon run titled the Lair of Lenos. Here players will be able to get their hands on some rare familiars and tame them after battling the boss. The lair id sdesigned for players level 35 and higher, but it scales according to your level, so it’s always designed to be a challenge.

Two other zones have also been introduced, planned for release in some future updates of Riders of Icarus. The first zone is called the Tritael Rift, which takes players to a visually fantastical set of isles where players will have to navigate the isles and strategically fly amongst them while keeping their mount energized in the process, otherwise there’s certain death waiting below.

The second zone is called The Breach, and it’s another visual spectacle where players will venture high up beyond the Tritael Rift to discover Supreme Commander Izhora and his army of lost souls.

WeMade announced in the post that they also have plans on fixing a lot of the bugs in the game, improving the PvP and adding additional features as more updates roll out for the game.

The free-to-play title managed to find a sizable pocket of gamers who enjoy the ability to practically tame and ride on just about any animal or creature found in Riders of Icarus. You can grab a digital copy of the game right now either from the official website or the Steam store. You can also keep an eye out for the future updates to be made available for the game very soon.
