Razer DeathAdder Elite, Gaming Mouse Pre-orders Are Open

Razer recently informed gamers that the DeathAdder Elite gaming mouse has recently been made available for pre-order ahead of its launch this October. Gamers interested in upgrading their mouse for some serious gaming and wrist action can do so for the price of $69.99.

The press release indicates that the October release will be worldwide, so whether you live down-under where censorship is about as frequent as foot-long spiders, or if you in the Western world where people over the age of 18 have to hide away in safe spaces because their parents did a piss poor job of preparing them for the real world, you’re covered.

The Razer DeathAdder Elite supports movement using a 16,000 DPI optical sensor with adjustable range, up to 450 IPS/50g acceleration with optional mouse switches to fine-tune your experience. There’s an ergonomic grip design so you don’t have to worry about the mouse slipping out of your palm or trying to adjust your hand to the curvature of the mouse.

There are sevent different programmable buttons, along with 1ghz of ultrapolling, and support for the Razer Synapse. You can check out the promotional video below that explains more in-depth how the Razer DeathAdder was designed to help elevate the skills of e-sports players, as well as offer gamers cutting edge precision and reaction times.

For $70 it should be cutting edge, right?

According to Min-Liang Tan, Razer co-founder and CEO, everything they tweaked and reworked on the mouse was designed to improve on the basis of what they had with the original Razer DeathAddder, mentioning in the press release…

“The world’s best gaming mouse just got even better,” “We’ve improved just about everything on the Razer DeathAdder Elite.”

If you’re interested in pre-ordering the new Razer DeathAdder Elite, you can do so by heading on over to the official website. Alternatively, you can sit it out and wait for the new mouse to drop down in price and then nab it used for half-off from Amazon.
