Bandai Namco recently took to the PlayStation.blog to announce Tales of Berseria’s Western release date. Tagging along with the game’s launch date is the announcement of the Collector’s Edition. Tales of Berseria dropped on August 18th over in Japan for PS3 and PS4, while the West is set to get the game for PC and PS4 on January 24th, 2017.
The Community Specialist over at Bandai Namco, Dmitryi Khlynin, posted on the PlayStation.blog that Tales of Berseria will be heading to the West on January 24th, next year. As of now the JRPG is playable over in Japan, which released back on August 18th.
If you are interested in playing Tales of Berseria and you don’t know what the game is about, the devs explained that it’s a tale of emotion vs reason. The story follows Velvet who is trying to confront a powerful Exorcist named Artorius Collvrande, after a tragic event took place in the past.
However, if you are into getting special copies of games there’s some good news for you. In the post on the PS.blog we learn that Tales of Berseria will sport a Collector’s Edition.
As seen above the image reveals the Collector’s Edition that runs for $149.99, and will only have a limited quantity of 10,000 copies. Fans that are curious as to what the Collector’s Edition holds, you can read the bulleted list below:
