Pokemon Sun And Moon Trailer Shows Off New Pokemon And Alolan Forms

The Pokemon Company and Game Freak wanted to show Pokemon fans some new pocket monsters to catch, along with new Alolan forms that are present in Sun and Moon. The new Pokemon games will launch for the Nintendo 3DS on November 18th in North America, and on November 23rd in Europe.

Like any other entry in the Pokemon series we get a nice look at the new Pokemon that can be captured in both Pokemon Sun and Moon. These new forms and entries in the game add a nice spin aesthetically to the original generation one forms, and a mechanical shift to the base meta with a new alternate evolution system.

These new Pokemon are shown in a new video trailer that consist of Sivally, Hakamo-o, Kommo-o, Steenee, Tsareena and Ribombee. As for the newly flaunted forms in Sun and Moon are Grimer and Muk’s Alolan variants.

If you want to see the new forms and Alolan variants, there are some screenshots that you can look over that show the new six pocket monsters, and Grimer and Muk forms.

We also learn about other trainers in Pokemon Sun and Moon. The first of the two new trainer revealed is Olivia. She is the Kahuna of Akala, the second island players will visit when going about the island challenge. Although her bio claims that she is just a normal girl, it is noted that she hones extraordinary and formidable skills.

The second character that will be in Sun and Moon is Capetian Llima. Llima is an expert in Normal-type Pokemon, and graduated from the Trainers’ School and stands to be a hero to the students of that school.

The trailer covers all of these new characters and Pokemon in a near three minute long video. The video below comes in thanks to The Official Pokemon Channel.
