Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization has a big batch of screenshots to look over that reveal in-game characters, various scenes and much more. Bandai Namco’s latest Sword Art Online game is set to hit PS4 and PS Vita in Japan on October 27th, and will debut in the West on November 8th.
That’s right, Bandai Namco recently tossed up a huge batch of screenshots for Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization. We get to see a lot of characters like Kirito and Premiere, as well as battle scenes and other in-game features.
Those who are excited to see more of Hollow Realization the new screenshots can be seen below.
If you don’t know that much about Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization and seek a quick rundown on the game’s basic story, you’re in luck. The game sees Kirito on an adventure, and during his adventure he notices that an NPC he knows is no longer there. After speaking with the information dealer Argo, Kirito learns of the truth behind this game. When an NPC dies, they aren’t resurrected, rather an entirely different character appears.
Additionally, after finding out that a strange and mysterious NPC by the name of Premiere can face the same fate (who Kirito finds interest in), he sets out to protect her after finding that another player took her out to a field and intends to harm her.
Lastly, Bandai Namco also announced last week that Hollow Realization will gain a free major update entitled “Fighters of the Blue sky” by the end of this year. This update will bring 20 extra hours of gameplay, and includes:
- Additional character from Sword Art Online: Lost Song
- Story and map additions
- New feature: PvP
- Additional story quests.
