During the big event better known as PlayStation Experience 2016, fans got the chance — at the event or watching on whatever device — to see the latest games set to come out in the near future for the PS4. Three out of the many games showcased at the event covered in this post consist of NioH, The Last Guardian and Gravity Rush 2.
Instead of writing multiple articles regarding PlayStation Experience 2016’s trailers for NioH and The Last Guardian separately, It would be better if the two short trailers showing cinematic/gameplay scenes received just one nice straight to the point update. Tagging along with the two, I also thought to throw-in Gravity Rush 2 since all three games are pretty interesting in concept but have short new trailers.
Wasting no time, the new trailer for Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja’s third-person hack and slash RPG, NioH, reveals quite a bit of new scenes that were never shown before in previous trailers. We also get to see other scenes previously shown like the “Great Toad” (or Pepe smoking his dank blunt) as seen below.
NioH looks like a fun brutal game, however it’s not set to debut until February 7th, 2017.
The next game that I’m really looking forward to is The Last Guardian. The poor game has been delayed quite a bit that it seems almost unreal that it will finally release come December 6th, which is three days away as of this writing! The new trailer sits below for your viewing pleasure.
The last game that I find pretty interesting is Gravity Rush 2. The new trailer revealed during the PlayStation Experience 2016 event shows aerial flight, combat and “Raven gameplay”. I’m really looking forward to seeing more of GR2, especially after seeing those sick looking combos at 0:22, but you can be the judge of that before January 18th, 2017, by checking out the trailer yourself.
All of the above videos come in courtesy of PlayStation EU‘s channel — that is in case anyone was wondering.
NioH, The Last Guardian and Gravity Rush 2 are set to come out for PS4 on February 7th, 2017, December 6th, 2016, and January 18th, 2017, respectively.
