Sengoku Providence Adds Super Sexy Twist To Turn-Based JRPG Formula
(Last Updated On: December 14, 2016)

Nutaku announced recently that they’ve teamed up with SuperHippo Studios to exclusively offer hardcore (very hardcore) gamers the opportunity to register and play the Japanese turn-based RPG, Sengoku Providence: Battle of the Three Kingdoms.

The game fuses together classic turn-based combat with new-school visual novel dating simulation and erotic romance.

Yes, this is a super-sexy JRPG visual novel, and it takes players back to the ancient days of Japan’s Feudal era. Lodged between three warring kingdoms, players must battle the three factions and earn the trust and affection from the female warlords in order to unlock the game’s raunchy, uncensored sex scenes.

Throughout the journey players will be tasked with acquiring the sexy services of warrior princesses who house special abilities that can desperately help you out during those hard times, as well as offer help in advancing the game’s story lines split between the three kingdoms. There are 13 chapters in total and you can check out what the gameplay looks like below in the safe for work trailer.

It’s interesting because Nutaku said they wanted to elevate the eroge genre with more high-quality games that seamlessly blend the more erotic elements found in the hardcore visual novel sector with actual hardcore gameplay. With SuperHippo’s Sengoku Providence, I think they’ve managed to take a step in the right direction to achieve that goal.

That’s not to say that the game is on the level of Final Fantasy or NieR: Automata, but it is to say that the games are stepping a grade above what some fans might be used to from the eroge genre.

The game will be free-to-play on Nutaku, and pre-registration has opened up right now for interested gamers. The official launch is on December 15th, on Thursday. You can visit the NSFW portal for Sengoku Providence on the official website.
