Digimon World: Next Order is set to release on PS4 on January 27th in Europe, on January 31st in North America, and in Japan as Digimon World: Next Order International Edition on February 26th.

A new trailer recently hit the scene showing the unhatched digi-destiny that fans can join in on when it releases this January for the West, and in February in Japan. Accompanying the trailer is a description that you can read below.

“Are you ready to un-hatch your digidestiny ? Digimon World Next Order is out next week, January 27th on PlayStation 4!”

That’s right, one week from now the game will drop sucking fans straight into the digital world. In the meantime you can check out the trailer that Bandai Namco posted.

The video also reminds folks who want special prizes to participate in the game’s digihunt event that offers free stuff:

“Have you been participating in our digihunt? Get started looking for clues now at http://bnent.eu/digihunt And look forward to free game bonuses on our VIP Corner at launch!”

Speaking of free content and special stuff, Bandai Namco also revealed a new demon-type Digimon named BoltBautamon. Born out of Piedmon absorbing Myotismon, and whose actions aim to cover the world in darkness while destroying all light, it hones a special attack called Palazivalzer, which fires magic from its sword — Spiedini.

Players can unlock the story related to BoltBautamon after the main story is cleared, which will then give folks the opportunity to train said Digimon.
