Yup, that’s right, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is out now and is available for folks to get as soon as possible over in North America and Europe. The Final Chapter Prologue is for PS4 and has a description for folks to read over that sits below:

“Sora and Riku begin to prepare for their final battle against Master Xehanort. Aqua struggles to survive against the deceptions and terrors of the Dark World. The mysterious foretellers are threatened by a traitor within that will lead to the devastating Keyblade War.”

Looking over to the collection, it features an all new Aqua-focused Kingdom Hearts 0.2: Birth by Sleep – A Fragmentary Passage that is followed by an high-definition remaster of Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance and the Kingdom Hearts x [chi]: Back Cover movie.
