XSeed Games announced that Senran Kagura: Estival Versus will launch on Steam for PC starting March 17th. XSeed had previously announced that the game would make the jump from PS Vita and PS4 to the PC.

The game will launch at a 10% discount for the first week for $39.99. It will also come with the Ikki Tousen DLC, which features the characters and outfits from the popular battle vixen anime.

The Ikki Tousen characters will include Sun Ce, Lu Bu and Guan Yu. You can get them in the bundle or purchase them separately for $3.99 or buy them in a bundle for $8.99.

The game’s focus is on the beat-’em-up action that the Senran Kagura series is known for. Players will battle through the stages with more than two dozen characters available to play. You can also partake in some online battles with up to 10 players.

Senran Kagura, while a large focus of the game is on the advanced bouncing boob physics and the ability to destroy the girls’ clothes during combat, complete with some over-the-top risque cinematics, there’s actually a really solid combat engine that resides underneath all the fan-service. Tamsoft and Marvelous Entertainment have built up a strong following thanks to the quality of the Senran Kagura beat-’em-up titles. They also have the other Bon Appetit games as well, which are music-rhythm games with the added bonus of seeing even more risque content when you win a match.

Since the previous Senran Kagura games have been quite successful, XSeed has continued to localize and provide them for PC gamers.

Modders already know what’s up. Come March 17th they’ll be unzipping their texture utilities and pulling down their mesh tools, ready to stroke their creativity and spill all its contents onto the web for those who want to spruce up Estival Versus.

Now all you have to do is wait for the game to launch in the middle of March.
