Ty The Tasmanian Tiger 2 Set To Hit Steam On March 20th

The 2004 sequel to the first Ty the Tasmanian Tiger game, better known as Ty the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue, by EA and Krome Studios, will be coming to PC via Steam Early Access on March 20th.

It has been more than 13 years since Ty the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue was on PS2, GameCube, the original Xbox and the Game Boy Advance. Well, this time the game is coming to PC via Steam Early Access and will be published and developed by Krome Studios.

“STREWTH! It’s time to go back Down Under with this fully remastered version of TY the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue. Rang, bite, smash and glide your way around the Australian Outback and stop the evil machinations of the diabolical BOSS CASS in this open world adventure.”

The adventure platforming game will see some improvements such as its graphics, updated shadows, better reflections and HD resolution. The game back in 2004 did not run at a nice pace, in terms of frames per-second. With the latest update when coming to Steam Early Access it will run at 60fps.

In addition to the above, not every place will run at a higher FPS count so this is why the devs are testing the game now so that optimization and a consistent fps will be present no matter the location or what is on screen.

Moreover, the huge open world will still be present, which will hold a variety of vehicles and mechs for player to mess around with, along with two player split-screen.

If you are into smashing, bashing and throwing boomerangs to knock baddies out, then you’ll more than likely find Ty The Tasmanian Tiger 2 something worth keeping an eye one, especially if you’ve enjoyed playing the game back in 2004.

Anyways, the official trailer sits below. If you want you can head on over to the game’s official website to learn more.
