29, Point-And-Click Game Seeks Votes On Steam Greenlight

A new 2D-looking game that is set in a 3D vector box comes Humble Grove’s 29. The game offers up multiple choices for players to explore in a strange flat that delves in the minds of Bo and Ao. The point-and-click game named 29 is currently seeking votes on Steam Greenlight.

If you are a fan of strange point-and-click games and seek a bit of mystery in your titles, I think a game worth checking out is 29. It’s not certain if the game will be good or not, but from the looks of it, the indie game does look pretty nice to be a product of Steam Greenlight.

Folks looking for a description that explains the basic concept and story behind 29 will find it below:

“29 is a semi-autobiographic magical realist point and click game, that follows the personal experiences of Bo and Ao: two graduates preparing to move out of their flat. Wander through an intimate flat, examining the everyday belongings of the Bo and Ao. Delve into their thoughts and insights, and mold your interpretation of the characters, through branching multiple-choice dialogue.”

The actual game can be seen below via a video provided by  Humble Grove, showing in-game footage of the 3D shoe-box mystery game — which is not actually about shoe-boxes.

As a clarification to avoid confusion, the devs will release 29 for free as a preview to their game No Longer Home. I have no idea what the latter game is, but 29 will act as the first chapter to No Longer Home and will be included in its eventual release.

If this point and click game looks like something that will be of interest you can head on over to Steam Greenlight to vote for 29. Additional info on the developers and said game can be found by heading over to humblegrove.com.
