Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker Gains New Screenshots

Naruto fans who like to game have quite a bit to look forward to as of recent. New screenshots have surfaced for Bandai Namco and Soleil’s Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker game, as well as information regarding a bundle of Naruto games due West this Fall.

Thanks to publication site Gematsu and Bandai Namco’s main site, we learn more stuff about Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy. All three said titles will launch for PC, Xbox One and PS4, and the former title has no release date while the latter two are set to release on July 27th in the West and the other due for release in the fall.

Looking over to Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker (screenshots seen above), the game is said to be a four vs. four team based game with eight ninjas fighting all at the same time. The third-person ninja arena game will also sport a different graphical style from other Naruto games, and environments that allow for wall running and quick succession of chaining ground to wall to air combos together.

The official description for the game sits below, which comes from Bandai Namco’s main site.

“In NARUTO TO BORUTO: SHINOBI STRIKER, players go head-to-head in 4 vs. 4 battles, with all eight ninjas fighting simultaneously. NARUTO TO BORUTO: SHINOBI STRIKER features beloved Naruto characters and teams from the series, including Naruto, Sasuke, and Team 7. The game brings a brand-new graphic style with vivid colors and a dynamic third-person ninja gameplay style that enables players to take advantage of the verticality of the arena environment with vertical running and jumping to elevated areas.”

No release date has been set for Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker yet.

Looking over to Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy, Bandai Namco announced that the former will include four titles from the Naruto: Ultimate Storm series, including Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm, Naruto: Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road to Boruto. Downloadable content for the characters, costumes and more will also be present as well as other stuff like art, a disc containing the anime and more.

As for the latter title, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy, it is a digital-only collection that features Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst. For those who want one of the listed games individually a separate purchase can be made.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy is set to release this Fall, while Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy is set to release on July 27th. Both bundle packs will be made available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One and will release in the West.
