Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash Heads West To PS4 This Summer
Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash

Marvelous Entertainment and XSeed Games announced that Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash will be available starting this summer for the PlayStation 4 in North America and Europe.

The game has already garnered quite a bit of attention for its release in the East, specifically in Japan where gamers have been salivating over the 5-on-5 water-gun battle game featuring team-based water sports.

The title features all the fan-favorites from the standard Senran Kagura series, only this time they’re dressed down in nothing more than bathing suits, where they use a variety of different water guns to take down their opponents. It’s being billed as a third-person “splasher”.

The game has been highly anticipated by a lot of gamers due to the fact that it’s essentially a PS4 version of Splatoon… but with certified jiggle physics.

Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash will feature up to 30 playable female characters sprinkled across a variety of the ninja factions from the beat-’em-up series. There are customizable weapon abilities, a variety of water-based weapons to choose from, various water-themed combat arenas, and both a single-player mode and an online multiplayer mode for up to 10 players.

Pets are also introduced using pet cards, which will add an additional layer of complexity to the game, and there are a total of 800 different cards that can be unlocked to mix and match on the characters to change up the in-game strategies.

You can look for the third-person water-gun shooter to launch on the PS4 this summer in the West, presumably just after E3.

Some gamers were a little worried that the game may not have made it across the shores, but Marvelous and XSeed have shown that they have the steel balloons to stick to their guns and ignore all of the SJW talk in the media about games, comics and movies needing to veer away from appreciating sexy females. If it weren’t for XSeed then the gaming industry would be off far worse for wear, especially after Koei Tecmo bowed to the pressure of SJW third-wave feminists in the media and cancelled the release of Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 in the West. But where one door closes, another opens… and those looking for some wet and wild action featuring buxom beauties, you’ll get plenty of it with Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash.
