There are two new Skyrim Special Edition mods that are now up for download bringing a new fully-voiced quest line and another HD texture pack that sees HD baskets being added to the game. Bethesda’s Skyrim Special Edition is out now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

The first mod up on this list comes in by modder Undriel. The mod explores Teldryn Sero’s background and has been rebuilt through a quest based on existing information about said character. The quest revolves around people and places related to Sero, but the mod has him placed elsewhere and not in the tavern at the beginning of this quest.

The mod, however, is said to hold complexities in that players will need to dive deep into a criminals’ past, investigate murders, track mysterious suspects and discover new secrets about the citizens of Raven Rock.

The mod itself is said to be lore friendly and will work with other NPC mods given that it uses the original NPCs. If you want to get a taste of the new quest mod a video by Cristina Carry shows a none-spoiler glimpse of the mod quest.

The modder will add a marriage option soon, but the actual function is not accessible as of this moment only the dialogue is complement, which is not active. If you want to download this mod now you can by heading over to NexusMods.

The second and final mod is a bit baffling to me in that it is very popular but all it does is add high-definition textures to… baskets? Anyway, the mod isn’t a special kind of mod that changes gameplay, but instead it stands as a visual mesh and texture mod to enhance immersion.
