Ys VIII: Lacirmosa Of DANA Releases September 12th On PC, PS4 In The West

NIS America announced that the English version of Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana will release in the West on September 12th in North America and on September 15th in Europe for both PC, PS Vita and the PlayStation 4.

The game will have both a physical and digital release on PS4 and PS Vita, but PC gamers will have to settle for a digital-only release.

Also if you’re unsure about whether or not the game will localized with SJWs in mind, Nihon Falcom is offering gamers dual audio for both English and Japanese speech and text.

Given today’s rampant degeneracy in Western SJWs working in the localization departments purposefully disrespecting the work of the original Japanese authors by implementing a lot of acculturated alternatives based on Western society. Having the original Japanese audio and text means that those who don’t trust localizers will be able to experience the game true and blue without having to worry about the meddling of hipster kids ruining the purity and sanctity of the original work.

As for Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA, the game itself is being promoted as the first new adventure in the series in eight years. Players will take on the role of Adol, who wakes up from a shipwrecked on a cursed island.

Adol and other survivors of the wreck end up building a small village to live on the cursed island while mysteries surrounding a blue-haired girl invade Adol’s dreams and the mystery of the cursed island stand to be uncovered. You can check out the gameplay trailer below for the game.

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA launched last year in the summer in Japan for the PlayStation systems, so those in the West are getting it a little late, but it’s better late than never, right?

You can check out the game’s Steam store page if you want to add it to your wishlist.
