Killerfish Games’ naval strategy simulator, Cold Waters is a deep sea war sim centered around submarine tactical combat. The game recently received a series of new cheats via a cheat trainer.

You can grab the trainer right now from over on the Mr. Antifun download page.

The four cheats include:

  • God Mode
  • Infinite Ammo
  • Infinite Noise Makers
  • Instant Weapons Reload

Before you can use the god mod you first have to start a game world and then open the trainer and activate the god mode cheat. If you want infinite ammo, you’ll need to start a game world, open one of the store windows and make sure the amount of torpedo and noise makers are visible, and then proceed to activate the infinite ammo or infinite noise maker cheat.

For the reload cheat, first fire a weapon so that the value is in memory, and then activate the instant weapons reload cheat. From then on, you’re all set and you can cheat as much as you want until your heart is content.

The game itself is set during the Cold War and centers around tactically engaging enemy forces, both boats and other submarines.

Players will have to avoid incoming bomb attacks, missile strikes, and aircraft raids while using cruise missiles, torpedoes and other naval arsenal to thwart the enemy. Cold Waters sports over 40 different naval vessels, each designed with meticulous detail, along with a realistic sonar model and a full campaign mode.

One of the standout features of the game is the top-level water animations and simulation. The way the water moves and the ships maneuver look really, really good. It’s quite a shame the actual combat effects and explosions don’t look quite as dynamic as the surface level visuals.

If you already own Cold Waters you can grab the cheat trainer and start cheating right now. If you don’t own it but you’re in a serious mood for some realistic naval action, you can pick up a digital copy for $39.99 from the Steam store.
