Destiny Guide: Xur Location And Items For June 2nd, 2017

Xur is derpy this week and his inventory is worth skipping if you are looking for an answer to visit him or not, however folks looking for a more in-depth look at Xur’s exotic inventory will hopefully find it in this guide. Bungie’s Destiny is out now for PS3, Xbox 360, PS4 and Xbox One.

If you are not the type who enjoys collecting items and weapons for fun, then you should skip Xur altogether this week seeing how he has gone full derpy. If you are a newcomer it is best to save your Strange Coins and other rare resources instead of wasting it on Xur this week.

Guardians looking for the derpy trader will be able to find Xur in the nightclub area of the Tower South. The named area can be found by going to the docking station in the ship hanger and traversing to the very far back near some stairs that lead to the nightclub.

Xur exotic armor this time around includes the Crest of Alpha Lupi chest piece for Titans, the Mask of the Third Man helmet for Hunters, and the Skull of Dire Ahamkara helmet for Warlocks. The weapons this week are the Hard Light Pulse Rifle, Monte Carlo Auto Rifle and its Superspy ornament, and the Red death Pulse Rifle and its Steel Witch ornament.

Below comes a video guide by Mesa Sean showing off Xur’s inventory for the first week of June.

Prices and names telling each exotic item currently found in Xur’s inventory this week sit below in a bulleted list:

  • (Titan Chest Piece) Crest of Alpha Lupi  – 13 Strange Coins
  • (Hunter Helmet) Mask of the Third Man – 13 Strange Coins
  • (Warlock Helmet) Skull of Dire Ahamkara – 13 Strange Coins
  • (Auto Rifle) Hard Light – 23 Strange Coins
  • (Legacy Engram) Heavy Weapon  – 31 Strange Coins

TL;DR: Skip everything, unless you are a collector. The only items worth picking up are Strange Coins and Heavy Ammo Synths.

Destiny is out now for PS3, Xbox 360, PS4 and Xbox One. The expansion known as Rise of Iron is only out now for PS4 and Xbox One.
