Rise Of The Tomb Raider Nude Mod Finally Available For Download
Rise of the Tomb Raider Nude Mod
(Last Updated On: October 12, 2017)

It took time, gentlemen, but it’s here. Many sleepless nights, and countless moons later, the first high-quality and fully detailed nude mod for the PC version of Rise of the Tomb Raider is finally available for download.

The encryption system on Rise of the Tomb Raider made it a bit harder to crack than other games, and the DirectX 11 encoding meant that the Resorep tool required some fine tuning and updating, but it’s here… it’s finally here, and you can download the nude mod for the PC version of the game right now.

Simply head on over to Vergil’s Undertow download page where you can get grab the mod.

The paid version was originally released, but the free version will be available later in the day, no later than July 30th.

The mod itself sees Lara Croft bottomless, with her butt and genitals made bare in chapless versions of her beige pants. Lara goes full commando in the mod, giving you an ample view of her assets south of the border. A YouTube video featuring the mod was released, which you can check out below.

Vergil is the same mind who also brought you the high-quality nude Harley Quinn mod with the detailed wet-skin effect for Batman: Arkham Knight, along with the nude Talia mod.

The mod itself was constructed in good part by Ray Wing’s Resorep DirectX 11 replacement tool. If you were keen on making your own nude mods for Rise of the Tomb Raider, you could do so by downloading the Resorep DX11 tool.

Newer games have been making it more and more difficult for modders to crack open, requiring a lot of manpower and man-hours in order to decrypt them, dump them, edit them, recompile them and re-encode them. A lot of these security measures put in place have also included the removal of jiggle physics and sexy outfits in newer games, just like in Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Of course, none of these restrictions are exclusive to the PC version of the game, given that Rise of the Tomb Raider first came out on Xbox One back in 2015, and was later re-released for PS4 and PC a year later.

Modders have consistently been working on ways to bring sexy back to gaming, though, despite the developers trying to snuff out femininity and female sexualization in AAA games. Even with all the hard work Crystal Dynamics put into trying to make Lara less sexy and more masculine, modders still managed to sex her up.

I’m sure there will be a lot of shrieking and shrilling in the SJW community over the availability of the mod, so download it now before articles start popping up about how it’s evil, sexist and misogynist to use nude mods in PC games.

A NUDE mod was the best they could do ?! How about giving Lara her classic outfit instead, you know: A crop top, shorts, white knee socks and boots instead to make her look sexy instead for this juvenile crap that only panders to horny teenagers.

Everyone always seems to make nude mods first.

Depending on the game, adding/removing verts tends to break the game, so people just make do by editing textures or moving verts.

    • Nude mods actually teach you a ton about the game. You get to understand alphas, transparency, details on how you can or can’t edit parts of the mesh, a look at the animation system, as well as the obvious data on texture structuring.

Usually once nude mods are done and the tools are made available to the public, we begin to see a lot of other really cool and unique mods because they can get creative.

Notice that a lot of really awesome mesh mods arrived after the CBBE toolkit became available for Fallout 4.

What good is a mod page, if it’s not going to show what the mod looks like before you download it?

      Sounds like most commercial products.

Already deleted it. Besides, I didn’t want a nude mod, I just wanted some goddamn shorts. Because, you know, both guys and girls tend to wear shorts in hot weather. In reality. And not fiction, where it has become banned.

Speaking of shorts, I tried out Ghost Recon Wildlands. That game has no f**king shorts either. Though I should have known, there was that video or something complaining about it a while back on this site, right? If I look up Wildlands clothes, it’s a bunch of SJWs attacking anyone who wanted shorts, and boasting about how many females Ubisoft must have had on their team.

I dunno about France and Canada (or wherever the hell Ubisoft lurks), but everywhere I see and go in reality, females like to show their legs off all the time. I’m sure it’ll soon be illegal in the West.

I remember back when I was in high school, girls (of their own volition, not the patriarchy) kept cutting/pulling up their skirts extra short and leaving their shoes undone to show more leg, to the extent that teachers held a conference to specifically complain about it and threaten to ban everything.

Back to Wildlands (although it’s off-topic), the game itself was boring as nuts (just as I’d heard from the Steam reviews), the team AI is invulnerable and teleports everywhere. The game generally felt like they just took an existing engine and slapped fancy new assets in without really tweaking and tightening the gameplay. Not that I’ve played any of their other shit games.

The vehicle control also felt really damn weird and loose, which I recall being discussed in the comments on here. The game’s movement in general kinda reminded me of Skyrim, where everything kinda feels glidey/floaty and not having much weight, if you know what I mean.

    • The game’s movement in general kinda reminded me of Skyrim, where everything kinda feels glidey/floaty and not having much weight, if you know what I mean.

My thoughts exactly. The cars/vehicles feel like they lack (distributed) mass. They don’t move with weight. The weapons feel airy, and the combat comes across as mundane.

And yeah… we had a discussion a while back during the game’s development about there not being any shorts. A hottie in a video stream tried putting her character in short-shorts, but realized they didn’t have any for females because “muh patriarchy”. So she had to dress like a man instead.

It’s a poor evolution of the already poor Watch Dogs 2 and Far Cry engine. I remember the earlier Watch Dogs 1 engine had such floaty car controls it felt like driving on skating rinks.

I think there’s either a chinese or japanese proverb about the magnificence of women being at their legs (and men at their arms, before anyone complains about sexism, jackasses).

I guess this shorts thing is more of an american/european bullshittery than anything else. If you go to hot humid countries like Brazil or Japan on summer you’ll see even women in their forties wearing shorts and sandals in the street.

Most Americans don’t know what true warm climate is like. The temperature gets over 40C but because of the high umidity, the sensation on the skin can go over 50C, it’s like being the middle of the frigging desert. Even if you go trekking, unless you’re in a very hazardous environment most people just wear shorts and tons of fly repellent on their thighs. Rainforests can feel like saunas sometimes.

About the car controls, I like to call this handling as “Butter Handling”, because it feels the car is driving on butter, not asphalt.

      • tajlund

Actually it’s just SJW bullshit. In reality in the US especially in the current 100 F conditions (sometimes with humidity heading up to 60-80% in my region) everyone is in shorts and short skirts. That’s kind of the point of the earlier comments. This ban on shorts in games isn’t based in reality, it’s just more SJW adjusted SHaria.

        • Mr.Towel

Really? Maybe I’m looking too much at SJW hives of America (Seattle and the like).

          • totenglocke

Oh god, Seattle is a cesspool of SJW-ism. Also, it’s pretty far North in the US. I’m in Southern Ohio and temperatures around 100 F (about 40 C) are fairly common in the summer, plus it’s very humid due to the Ohio River valley. Everyone wears shorts (well, except me…but I’m an oddball) in the summer, regardless of age or gender.

      • Disqusted

I don’t think I’ve heard of that proverb. Makes sense.
Yeah, the driving did feel like butter.

    • durka durka

I dont see the point of shorts in a game about tacticoolness.

Th entire game is a coop mgsv/far cry 4. It does one thing right, having large bases to infiltrate and it has amazing enviroments, other than that, there is nothing great about it.

      • Disqusted

I personally think games are fictional settings that don’t always need to make sense or be realistic. It seems like a waste to not take things a little further. So if someone really wants to wear shorts, it’s kind of a “why not?” sort of thing to me. As long as it doesn’t destroy the lore or something.

At the very least they could release mod tools. That game has virtually no mods.

I did see on the Steam reviews that Wildlands is pretty much co-op and good environment, and that’s it. I can’t help but feel sad at the amount of time, money and effort that goes into these shallow games.

        • I’m of the same mind. So long as it’s not entirely immersion breaking, I’m of the “so what? Why not?” category.

A chick wanted to make her in-game character look hot and sexy by wearing Lara Croft’s original Tomb Raider outfit: crop-top and short shorts. I absolutely do not see why she should be limited in that in order to meet some nebulous standard of realism.

More than anything, forcing girls to make manly looking girls would likely make them not play the game, because most girls like playing dress-up and like their characters to look fun/sexy/playful based on what they want.
