Volition Software’s Agents of Mayhem has made its way out onto store shelves for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The third-person shooter also managed to receive a series of cheats for the PC version of the game, for those of you who can’t be bothered to actually play through the game’s grindy elements.

You can download the cheat trainer right now from over on the Mr. Antifun download page.

The trainer contains nine usable cheats, as listed below:

  • Infinite Health
  • Infinite Shield
  • No Reload
  • Set Cash
  • Set Cores
  • Set Scrap
  • Set Machine Parts
  • Set Elemental Fragments
  • Set Intel

Infinite health and infinite shield are a little bit redundant, but if you need both in case some attacks damage your health directly or other attacks damage your shield directly, you can make use of both.

You can also set your cash to an unlimited amount so you never run out of money.

The rest of the cheats basically make it so that you won’t have any difficulty in progressing through the game or acquiring the necessary gear to level up.

Agents of Mayhem itself is a derivative shooter for home consoles and PC. It basically is a lifted version of Saints Row IV set in a bland take on Neo Seoul. Instead of being able to visually customize your own hero, you can select from a number of typically bland or token heroes that Volition came up with in order to fulfill the token checkboxes of diversity.

On the upside, at least they ensured that vehicles have a purpose in this game unlike in Saints Row IV, and… well that’s about the only really good thing about it. The animations are solid but nothing you haven’t seen already before, and the gun play is the typical over-the-shoulder combat you’ve come to expect from just about every other shooter out there.

Nevertheless, if you need to get your hands on the cheats, you can do so right now.

Oh yeah i had forgotten that this came out, NOBODY is talking about it

Ugly of Ugly. The reviews on Steam didn’t sound too hot.

    • Yup, I heard the game’s been pretty repetitive.

      • It was 200% obvious from the pre-release gameplay videos.

        • Yup, not only that, but it’s also a sequel of Saints Row Gat Out of Hell, which that one takes place after Saints Row’s greatness was starting to wear off after The Third for not being what it was before (or after) the third game.

Remember when Saints Row has originality in the first two games? That’s what made them awesome, but people were harsh on them due to them having the resemblance of the 3D Grand Theft Auto games (III – San Andreas), and the developers got too afraid of making the third game with the same tone, which is why we have a bunch of silly stuff in the third game and onwards.

Not obvious enough to that weird guy who said we were being too harsh and didn’t know what we were talking about, or whatever the hell he said.

Knowing how corrupt the industry is, he’s probably a dev or friend of the devs. It’s not even a new thing. There’s this Penny Arcade comic from 2006, way before GG:

The more things change, the more the stay the same, and all that.

I’m a long time Saint’s Row fan. I remember watching the 1st trailer for AoM and feeling betrayed, cringed, and shocked. I watched it two more times and couldn’t shake that “What the fuck? Am I missing something?” feeling. I could tell they were just wasting their time all the way back then.Sad.

I felt like that when I first saw AoM on here. Not even a big Saints Row fan. I just felt like, “what the hell are they thinking?” and “what a waste”.
