Bandai Namco has taken to its workbench to show gamers and fans alike what is currently in store, which happens to be God Eater 3. The latest announcement trailer is now available to view and reveals the next installment in the God Eater series.

If you happen to be curious and you are wondering what platform(s) Bandai Namco will put God Eater 3 on, sadly that remains a mystery as of this moment, although I’m sure that a release date will be announced sometime soon whether it be through another video trailer or in an update post.

One thing that is known, though, is that the next installation in the God Eater series, better known as God Eater 3, is said to have new Aragamis. These new Aragamis are thrashing about around the world causing total destruction.

According to the trailer, it is up to the God Eaters to stop and hunt them down, which upon doing so will supposedly re-establish a new balance. If that sounds interesting, what looks to be more of an extended teaser trailer comes God Eater 3’s announcement trailer.

Looking over to the official description for God Eater 3 we learn that a lot of time has passed, insofar that it has been years since the last battle. Additionally, Earth is no longer the place that it used to be, but now a place with numerous Aragami causing misery.

The God Eaters have been gifted or cursed with a new version of the God Arc weapons. These weapons are special implants powered by Aragami cells that allow God Eaters to take down new forms of Aragami.

Lastly, we learn that there won’t be just one thing to worry about — there is now another threat facing the planet. Something is happening to the God Eaters and the line between dark and light, creating a situation that happens to be very dire.
