GOG.com sent out word that gamers looking for DRM-free scary games just in time for Halloween can grab more than 200 discounted titles at up to 90% off from now until November 2nd, 2017. It’s a pretty big sales roll out to compete with Valve’s Halloween sale for Steam.
Some of these discounts includes adding more than 25 horror games to GOG Connect, so if you already own the games on Steam you can have them imported into your GOG account.
Classic games like S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat is 75% on the DRM-free service, along with the original Steamworld Dig. Both Batman 2: DC Super Heroes and the first Escapists are also 75% off the normal price, along with the cult classic Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines.
Old school horror games like Realms of the Haunting are discounted by up 90% off, so you can grab a digital copy for only $0.59.
Games people actually enjoy playing such as Hollow Knight is only discounted by 34%, while more recent games that come out this year like Outlast II are discounted by 40% off so you can get it for $17.99.
Victor Vran, the third-person action title is 75% off for only $4.99 while Hand of Fate is marked down to $6.29.
Classic survival-horror games like Dead Space have been marked down by 80% off so you can get it for only $3.99.
Are you into Telltale’s games? They’re also discounted, from The Walking Dead‘s first season being 70% off, to Tales From The Borderlands being free if you spend $15.
In addition to individual games being discounted there are also bundles available, including Forgotten Realms’ Dungeons & Dragons that’s 80% off, a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. bundle for 75% off, and a Frictional Games bundle consisting of SOMA, Amnesia, Penumbra and more for 85% off.
