Little Witch Academia: Chamber Of Time Set To Gain Multiplayer Functions

Bandai Namco and APlus Games are currently working to bring gamers Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time. The game is set to launch this November in Japan and sometime in early 2018 across the West, which the full version of the game will sport multiplayer functions after its release.

Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time is set to launch for PC and PS4 over in Japan on November 30th. The Western version of the game has no release date besides “early 2018” and will hit PC and PS4, too.

In addition to the above, after its Japanese or Western release will come multiplayer functions. Players from around the world will be able to play with each other via two modes.

The two modes happen to support online battles and co-op, as well as offline co-op. According to publication site Gematsu the function will appear in a post-launch update.

This also coincides with an announcement made by Bandai Namco, which can be found in the fourth monthly Little Witch Academia Anime and Game broadcast that is on Dengeki Online Channel.

The video below is very long and calls for timestamps for those who want to skip through the video and see whatever it is that may be of interest. The live stream features gameplay from 1:27:32 to 2:00:38 and from 2:24:40 to 2:37:58:

Lastly, there’s no telling how the online function will play out as of right now or if it will even make it in the game after its initial launch. What is known right now is that Bandai Namco wants to implement multiplayer functions in Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time that offers local and online multiplayer capabilities.

More information on this game can be found over on bandainamcoent.com.
