Sonic Forces Videos Cover Space Port Gameplay And Rental Heroes

Sega has published two new videos for Sonic Forces. The videos explore more gameplay footage and the act of “Rental Heroes.” Sonic Forces is set to come out for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch on November 7th in the West, and on November 9th in Japan.

Often times referred to as Sonichu Forces, DeviantArt the game or “furry game,” comes Sega’s Sonic Forces. Unlike its 2D counterpart, Sonic Mania, that came out this year’s August, Sonic Forces rocks a 3D playing field that resembles recent 3D titles in the series of Sonic games.

Speaking of differences, Sonic Forces introduces the act of creating your very own character to take up the call of saving the world from a prime evil that threatens the multiverse. However, we have two videos reveal more than just character creation, though.

The first video features the Bird Hero Character utilizing the “Drill Wispon” in the Chemical Plant stage. Additionally, Eggman’s chemical plants supply a Space Port that must be stopped by your character. It is up to your hero (as depicted below) to break through the base’s defense.

The second video showcases scenes against Infinite, the Bird Hero Character fighting with the Lightning Wispon, and the Cat Hero Character with the Cube Wispon.

According to the video, you will be able to take control of two different Hero Characters through the “Rental Heroes” swapping feature. Elaborating more on this feature, you can have two characters to choose from like in a tag-team fighting game that sports call-ins. The second hero is another player’s character that you can use via teleportation. You can also utilize their own Wispon to help find secrets or traverse a stage better.

The video lies below for your viewing pleasure and comes in by Sonic the Hedgehog channel.

Sonic Forces is set to launch across the West for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch on November 7th. The Japanese version will debut on November 9th. Additional details on this game can be found over on sonicthehedgehog.com.
