One of the popular new games to enter into Steam Early Access is Slug Disco Studios’ Empires of the Undergrowth. The game is an ant simulator based on insect ecosystems. It allows you grow your colony, scavenge for food and claim territories in order to rule the empires of the undergrowth. Well, if you’re in desperate need of some cheats while you attempt to grow your colony, there are a few cheats available for the game.
You can grab a free trainer for Empires of the Undergrowth from over on the Mr. Antifun download page.
The cheat trainer contains the following options:
- Infinite Territory
- Infinite Food
- Infinite Royal Jelly
In order to use the cheats you simply have to start a game and once you get into the game world, activate any of the three cheats within the trainer.
The infinite food means that your colony never runs out of resources. Infinite territory means that you’ll always have control over the game world, and infinite royal jelly means that you’ll always be producing high quality juice from your queen.
The highlight of this insect management game is that it’s described as a fast-paced real-time strategy title. It’s because you’ll have to race against the clock to find food and avoid becoming the scrumptuous meal of bigger, deadlier insects.
You’ll have to raise an army to take down spiders, organize your nest for the best breeding possibilities, and time your attacks in the most efficient way possible to overcome the odds.
Right now the main mode in the Early Access version of the game is Formicarium, where you’ll need to assimilate and acculturate the best traits from other colonies in order to evolve your own nest into the most powerful around.
So far the game has been receiving some rather positive feedback for its realistic take on simulating ant colonials and natural ecosystems within the insect undergrowth. If you want to learn more about this game you can check out the Empires of the Undergrowth Steam store page.
