Former Google engineer, James Damore, is suing Google for discrimination. Specifically, discriminating against white, Conservative males. Damore isn’t alone in the suit, and it has actually turned into a class action suit with support from another former Google engineer, David Gudeman.
The details of the lawsuit were published online via Scribd, which outlines the general gist of what the lawsuit is about, where it states…
“Google’s open hostility for conservative thought is paired with invidious discrimination on the basis of race and gender, barred by law. Google’s management goes to extreme—and illegal—lengths to encourage hiring managers to take protected categories such as race and/or gender into consideration as determinative hiring factors, to the detriment of Caucasian and male employees and potential employees at Google.
”Damore, Gudeman, and other class members were ostracized, belittled, and punished for their heterodox political views, and for the added sin of their birth circumstances of being Caucasians and/or males. This is the essence of discrimination—Google formed opinions about and then treated Plaintiffs not based on their individual merits, but rather on their membership in groups with assumed characteristics”
The suit states that Damore and Gudeman suffered harassment and ridicule for not toeing Google’s party line.
The suit states that Google engaged in discriminatory hiring practices… specifically utilizing diversity quotas to force more women and people of color into their ranks.
In fact, in one segment of the lawsuit, the diversity summit breaks down how Google sought to hire more “diverse” individuals who weren’t white or Asian…
“[…] the Google presenters went through some of their policies that were designed to accomplish this such as treating preferred categories of people (women, certain but not all ethnic minority groups) differently during the hiring process by providing extra interviews, and putting applicants into a more welcoming environment based on their race or gender. The Google presenters also discussed putting “diverse” individuals into high priority queues so that they were more likely to be hired, and hired faster.
“Google defined “diverse” individuals as women or individuals who were not Caucasian or Asian”
The suit goes through exhaustive details of Damore, the memorandum he put together to point out how Google could still hire in women and minorities without lowering the bar of employment quality with diversity quotas, and how women could be assigned to jobs better suited to the strengths of their gender rather than trying to shoehorn them into positions where they didn’t necessarily excel.
As most people already know, Damore was castigated throughout media outlets for the memo and was shortly thereafter fired.
In the suit, Damore claims that he was harassed after the memo spread throughout Google and even more so after the media got a hold of the memo.
The suit features an image of an e-mail from Alex Hidalgo who works at Google who explicitly told Damore that he was a misogynist and that he would harass him until one of them was fired.
Damore was eventually fired, but he was never explicitly told what policy he violated. His overseers simply stated that his memo perpetuated gender stereotypes.
The suit goes on to explain how the Leftist mob mentality perpetuated and encouraged at Google led to some of the employees who harassed Damore being promoted for their actions, while certain blacklists were also formed against those who identified as Conservatives or supported President Donald Trump.
Screenshots of the messages and e-mails from the employees provide ample evidence that the suit isn’t making up any of the claims nor are they unsubstantiated. It will look especially egregious in court for Google.
Google also had a separate blacklist for visitors, so Conservatives like Alex Jones, and Theodore Beale weren’t allowed on the premise and a silent alarm would be triggered to ensure that they were escorted off the premises.
There are a series of images, screenshots and conversations from Google employees actively espousing discriminatory rhetoric toward straight white cis-males and Conservatives in an unrepentant fashion.
Conservatives working at Google reported Leftists who were using discriminatory language and making brash and defamatory remarks about Conservatism and Republicans, but Google’s human resources department made excuses for the Leftist Liberals, using mental gymnastics to defend the harassment coming from the Left.
There are dozens upon dozens of pages in the suit with memes, e-mails, messages, posts, letters, and documents from Google employees exercising anti-Conservative views, pro-violence rhetoric, and invectives directed at straight white males.
Google defended, excused, or ignored these harassing posts from the Liberals working at the company, proving that there was a clear discriminatory bias at Google’s headquarters.
In typical fashion, Liberals who heard about the news went on the attack against Damore, using the typical rhetoric that many Social Justice Warriors have become known for.
I walk away from twitter for a few hours and come back to a bunch of comments and nasty emails from alt-right and Nazis because I called James Damore a "dingbat" and said "white male conservative asshole" and "white male conservatives" are not protected classes.
Gross. Go away.

Any judge who takes a look at the evidence and the responses from Google’s human resources department would likely see an open and shut case.
Some of the Liberal media outlets out there are attempting to continue their attacks on Damore and the lawsuit, but the evidence is quite clear this time around and it will be difficult to spin the news otherwise, especially if the general public takes a look at the files for themselves. The class action suit is also demanding for a jury trial. So long as Google doesn’t put a bunch of Leftist Liberals and Social Justice Warriors on the bench, Damore should be able to win easily.
