Interested in how long Bandai Namco and Level-5’s Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom will take to beat? New information on time to beat has surfaced from Akihiro Hino, President and CEO of Level-5, about the upcoming PC and PS4 RPG.
If a game consists of three to four hours of running back and forth doing the same fetch quests through the same corridors and is loaded up with in-game cut-scenes, which attempts to compensate for gameplay, something is wrong.
Contrary to the above scenario we have Bandai Namco and Level-5’s Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom coming in with an average time to complete clocking in at 40 hours or so.
This meaty gameplay time can be further extended by taking up side-quests, exploring the world, and dabbling in the Kingdom Mode. This should sate RPG fans thirst for a long adventure, if of course that’s desired.
The above information comes from publication site GameRant, which relays information about an interview that Akihiro Hino, President and CEO of Level-5, took up regarding Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom.
Given that Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom is still seeing adjustments as it’s under development as we speak, it sounds like some things might change. Additionally, this means that more could be added to the game’s story or overall scope, but it’s unclear what is being tweaked right now.
It will be interesting to see this game at launch and what Level-5 has in store for gamers and fans?
While we wait to see how gameplay and other mechanics pan out through trailers and gameplay videos, folks who opt for the PS4 Pro version instead of the regular PS4 have access to options such as “dynamic 4K mode,” as well as better frame rate from 30fps to 60fps.
On the topic of platforms, Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom will release for PC via Steam and for PS4 on March 23rd, 2018.
