AMD Joins PC Building Simulator To Celebrate Its Launch

PC Building Simulator has released for PC via Steam and focuses on building the PC of your dreams in a virtual simulation. To celebrate this debut, AMD has partnered up with Claudiu Kiss and The Irregular Corporation to bring Ryzen processors to PC Building Simulator.

The devs behind PC Building Simulator have seeded the first patch dubbed v0.7.5. The update stands as a quality of life patch, meaning that issues with sound, distribution, and rewards should function much better now.

As for AMD partnering up with PC Building Simulator post-launch, folks will now have access to AMD Ryzen processors. The official description for AMD’s inclusion in the sim reads:

“With some of the most powerful and smooth performing processors on the market, AMD Ryzen™ have a wide variety of products to meet the demands of their users. Whether the PC’s goal is to achieve high quality gaming, perform intensive multi-tasking or content creation, AMD has the processor suitable for the task at hand.”

The launch trailer shows AMD and other companies, as seen below.

If you don’t know what AMD processors are in the game, a quick summary of what processors are available include: The Ryzen Threadripper Processors, Ryzen 7 Processors, Ryzen 5 Processors, and Ryzen 3 Processors.

It’s worth noting that the dev team is still working hard to bring in more partners and companies to flesh out PC Building Simulator, which we should see implemented in the near future.

The inclusion of different companies will reflect appropriate pricing of components and parts, just like their real life counterparts. In later updates we could see a spike in GPU and RAM prices; contrary to what is in the game now.

PC Building Simulator is currently available on Steam in Early Access for £14.99/ €19.99/ $19.99. However, a 10% deal is going on right now that will end on April 3rd. You can either learn more about this game or buy it by hitting up its Steam Early Access page.
