Revenge Movie Trailer Is A Feminazi’s Wet Dream Come True
Revenge 2018

So you have a movie and you want to put the average man-hating feminist in the seat of a theater. What do you need? Well, you’ll need a movie about a freedom-loving young woman who represents the young, American ideal; sexually liberal, no care in the world, living the good life. Additionally, you’ll need to represent rape culture – and that no matter how good life is for a woman in America, she’s always going to be at risk of sexual assault. Lastly, and most importantly, you’ll need a straight, white, cishet male as the main villain – a misogynistic psychopath that represents Western civilization’s zenith of patriarchal privilege. Once you have all of those ingredients, you stir it all together and ta-da! You have Revenge.

You might think that the opening paragraph is some kind of joke, but I assure you, it is not. It really is not. That’s how militant feminists view first-world countries – countries that they constantly advocate for opening up the borders to bring in virtue-stealing immigrants, all in the hopes of actually turning first-world countries into rape cultures; but I digress.

The upcoming film, Revenge, is a feminazi’s wet dream come true. It perfectly encapsulates everything you read from the first paragraph… and then some.

It’s not just called Revenge because some mean ‘ole heterosexual men did some bad ‘ole things to the supposedly young and innocent girl. After going through the typical triggering of trauma (which is alluded to in the trailer as sexual assault), and then receiving a good shove off the cliff from her psycho boyfriend, the young American decides to exact revenge on the straight white males.

It’s like a spoof-free version of Joseph Guzman’s Run! Bitch Run!, or a sunset-hued version of I Spit On Your Grave.

Sounds like some kind of Tumblr-tier slasher fan-fiction, no? Well, you can see it for yourself by watching the trailer at your own peril (and obviously it’s not safe for work).

So after falling off a cliff and being impaled on a spiked tree limb, this young thing unhinges herself from the tree, closes up her wound, and then magically turns into Rambo in order to torture and kill her oppressors.

How does she get good at weapons training? I don’t know.

Where did she get the strength to exact revenge after having her uterus impaled? It’s anyone’s guess.

Why are her tormenters lounging out in the desert? The trailer certainly doesn’t explain why.

How are these men not able to kill a 100lbs blondie? Plot.

Revenge (2018)

The film seems to want to glide between sociopolitical commentary and grindhouse. The trailer even goes so far as to quote Megan Navarro from Modern Horrors, who said it’s…

“An anthem of empowerment”

And they also went the extra mile of quoting Anya Stanley from Dread Central, who couldn’t help but bring critical theory into her praise for the film, stating it…

“gouges the male gaze out of our eye balls”

Yes, because nothing gets men into theaters faster than seeing a beautiful and sexy young woman bleed profusely from gaping holes.

I’m sure re-arranging the filmic tone to match torture porn for feminazis is going to make Revenge a real blockbuster success with a wide range of demographics. That’s sarcasm, by the way.

There’s no doubt that some men out there love seeing women impaled, bloody, and dripping entrails across a desert while suffering from sunburn and dehydration, but I tend to doubt that they would want to leave the dark web to watch a movie like Revenge in order to get a watered down sampling of the same thing.

Revenge - Women Always Have To Put Up A Fight

The only thing that the movie didn’t quite capture that many SJW feminists prefer from their fictional media is that the lead female is not a hideous, overweight, disabled trans. Instead the lead female in the movie is young, fit, and attractive. But then again they’re using her attractiveness as a subversion of the critical theory about the “male gaze”, by putting her through highly unattractive, physically disturbing scenarios in order to disrupt the sense of attraction and sexiness that men would usually derive from a hot chick being in the lead role of a movie. For instance, if they had cast someone like Melissa McCarthy, the subversion tactic would have failed.

Revenge - Bloody Halls

Well, if you haven’t had your entertainment fill of man-mutilating misandry in 2018, I’m sure you’ll be able to get a good dose of that quota filled up real quick with the release of Revenge. Just be sure to leave any semblance of masculinity at the door before stepping into the theater.
