11 Bit Studios’ Tower 57 is a rogue-like action-shooter. The isometric co-op action game is a little like BioShock and a little like Syndicate (the old one) fused together. If you’ve been playing the game and having a tough time with it, there are some cheats available for you.
The first cheat trainer is available for download over on the Megadev.info page.
The cheat trainer for Tower 57 includes the following options:
- +500 Dollars
- No Money
- Unlimited Item Use
- Only One Item To Use
- No Reload
- No Super Attack
- God Mode
- Unlimited Super Attack
- Limited Ammo
The two obvious cheats most people would want to use are the god mode and infinite amounts of money. In fact, with enough money you can upgrade all your weapons and health to the point where you won’t have to worry about any of the enemies you encounter.
Unlike most games, Tower 57 doesn’t have traditional lives but rather characters. You choose from three playable characters at the beginning of the game and if any one of them dies, it automatically swaps to the next. You can also use a machine in the game to swap between the character characters at any single one time. The thing is, upgrades and mod enhancements are individually set for each character, and if they die then they lose their weapons and any current items.
An alternative, premium cheat trainer is also available for download over on Cheat Happens.
The trainer only includes four cheats, but they’re very important cheats, as listed below:
- Infinite Health
- Unlimited Ammo
- Change Cash
- Infinite Special
Tower 57 hasn’t had the easiest go on the marketplace. Plenty of gamers have had issues with some of the updates, some of the gameplay choices that Pixwerk made, and some of the ways the difficulty plays out.
Nevertheless, Tower 57 has fantastic sprite-work and animations. It feels like something that came right off the Neo Geo. The crowdfunded title is currently available over on the Steam store for $11.99.
