Subjectively, one of the best ways to farm Lith Relics is to head to Earth and do Everest (Excavation). Make sure you do long runs and have a decent or well educated team with you, if you want to stock up on the new Lith Relics.

One good way to farm Meso Relics is to go do Jupiter Io (Defense). Chances of a Meso Relic dropping is quite high, however bring a good team or Warframe to try and get through each wave quickly.

Lastly, Neo Relics in Warframe can be found by doing the popular new Draco, which is Hydron on Sedna (Defense). Bring a team that works well together and you should be able to level up frames, equipment and snag some Neo Relics — like the new one — all at the same time.

You can learn more about Zephyr Prime and her Relics by hitting up Warframe’s official wikia page, which also details new weapons like the Tiberon Prime and Kronen Prime.
