Agony To Release For PC, PS4, And Xbox One On May 29th

Fans can say come hell or high water when May 29th rolls around since PlayWay and MadMind Studio will release Agony for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on said date.

Condemned souls, as the team refers to their supporters, will be able to snag a copy of Agony late May, which is just a month away. The devs made the announcement of Agony’s new release date over on Kickstarter, billed as #66 update.

“I’m coming back to you straight from the Hellish Grounds to confirm that Agony will see a simultaneous release for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on May 29th, 2018! Just don’t party too hard out there! Remember that Succubus will react to any sound you’ll make, so it would be foolish to give away your position just before the window of freedom opens…”

This news should come as music or gnashing of teeth to fans’ ears given that recent news on the game was about Agony being delayed.

To ease the wait time from now to the horror-adventure title’s new release date, Agony Game published a new trailer on the game’s YouTube channel for denizens of hell to look over.

If you missed last week’s news, PlayWay and MadMind Studio wanted 18+ content in Agony and added it in the game. When the console version went through a form of certification it forced the team to restrict some of the adult content across PC, PS4, and Xbox One. However, the team still wanted the original adult content in the game and will ship a post-launch patch to unlock all adult content on PC.

Hopefully, folks waiting to jump into the depths of the inferno will be able to do so without the devs having to delay the game once more or having to make any more alterations.
