E3 2018: Anthem Gameplay Trailer Revealed; Will Run At 30fps On PS4, Xbox One

EA and BioWare have released two trailers of Anthem, which happens to be the dev team’s upcoming 2019 looter-shooter. The game was detailed during EA Play and will launch on February 22nd next year for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

When BioWare isn’t inviting “allies” over to its studio, or the company’s developers aren’t making fun of deceased people, they also reveal video games like Anthem.

You can check out the newly posted cinematic trailer right here.

Joining the cinematic trailer is a new gameplay trailer by YouTuber NRMgamingHD that you can check out right here:

If you want further information on the game you can read the following description right here, which comes in via ea.com:

“Anthem is a social, connected Action-RPG with cooperative multiplayer at its heart. Players customize an array of powered Javelin exosuits and team up to face a dangerous and ever-changing world through exploration and combat.

In Anthem, up to four players explore and battle in a dangerous, mysterious place populated by great characters and a unique BioWare story. Players will also create stories of their own while they play, so no two journeys are the same. Javelin exosuits make their pilots powerful heroes in the world, with awesome weapons and incredible special abilities that allow for combat and exploration in a hostile environment. Players will be able to customize and personalize their suits with unique paint jobs and gear so they’ll have the right tools to confront almost any situation, and look good doing it.”

Moreover, Anthem will run at 30fps on PS4 and Xbox One and will be unlocked (frames) on PC. We also learn that there will be a certain level of destruction around environments in the game. Characters are voiced, and you will always have to play as a human. Furthermore, there will be no romance or sex scenes.

In addition to the above, there are different javelin types, and you can swap javelins after a mission. There will be no PvP, but crossplay at this point is to be determined. Lastly, there are dialogue choices, but they aren’t like other games.

Anthem will launch on February 22nd, 2019, for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
