PS4 and Xbox One RPG fans looking for a game to play in early 2019 will have the collaborative works of Square Enix and Disney’s Kingdom Hearts 3 to look forward to as of now. Kingdom Hearts 3 will launch on January 25th in Japan and Asia, and on January 29th in North America And Europe.
The official Twitter account of Kingdom Hearts 3 has tweeted out that the game in question will not release this year (2018), but will instead launch early in 2019. Although this information may be bad news for some, it also means that the game can be polished up for a better launch experience.
The director, Tetsuya Nomura, behind the game disclosed the above information ahead of their E3 conference at the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra – World Tour.

Of course, more official information will come out of this event that was all about the third installation, but as of right now we’ll have to play the waiting game until Square Enix appears at E3 or releases the trailer shown at the World Tour concert.
In the meantime, though, we learn from Cynical or thegamersjoint that the new trailer was shown to attendees of the concert, which features a segment where characters Zexion, Xigbar, and Lea appear.
Furthermore, another scene pops up showing Hayner, Pence, and Olette running from Heartless in Twilight Town, and it is reported that there is a scene of Lea sitting with Kairi, with Daybreak town in the distance. Lastly, a scene of Sora cooking with Remy from Ratatouille is said to be in the trailer, too.
As mentioned above, Kingdom Hearts 3 will launch for PS4 and Xbox One on January 25th, 2019, across the East, and January 29th, 2019, in the West. Square Enix announced this information at the end of Kingdom Hearts Orchestra – World Tour concert in Los Angeles, California.
