Artist Lose and publisher Hikari Field’s 茂伸奇谈 Monobeno is a visual novel that has gained a lot of popularity, themed around the love of a brother and his sister, based around an unusual traditional Japanese cultural tale involving lolis and monsters. For gamers who managed to pick up the Steam version of the game and wanted to finally get their hands on the uncensored version of the game, the patch is currently available for download right now.
The 茂伸奇谈 Monobeno 18+ uncensored patch can be acquired by downloading it from AppendingPulse.jp.
As noted in the installation instructions by SteamUncensored, your first step will be to download the file.
- Once the file is completed be sure to extract the contents.
- Copy the file patch2.xp3 to the game’s folder located at: steamappscommonmonobeno
- Once you install the patch, you’ll be able to see the uncensored CG images by going into the reward/appreciation mode and viewing the uncensored content.
Be sure to keep in mind that if you live in a country where viewing uncensored loli content is against the law, DO NOT download or install the patch, otherwise the real-life content police might come knocking at your door. Or worse yet, you might get a lecture from Justin Trudeau about respecting women.
Anyway, 茂伸奇谈 Monobeno is filled with smug loli content and monster girls. It’s a very specific kind of game with a specific kind of aim in mind.
The game follows Tooru Sawai and his sister Natsuha Sawai. They live in a land where humans and monsters reside together, but one day she fell down during a summer festival and her body grew up into an adult-sized woman. From there, Tooru attempts to find a cure for his young sister by teaming up with some other magical monsters and friends.
As mentioned on the Steam store page…
“Between medicine and legends, Tooru Sawai tried to find a way to save his sister. With the help of Alice or Sumi’s power, what kind of romantic story would happen during their adventures? And was there something happened more than brother and sister?”
A lot of the gamers who have played it seem to enjoy the visual novel.
Jakelol, who put 2,594 hours into the visual novel, wrote…
“it’s the smug loli game, get it now before valve realizes that the west hates lolis. It’s good, you can trust my opinion I’ve played it for a little bit.”
In the case of 茂伸奇谈 Monobeno, given that it’s only available in Japanese and Chinese, it’s unlikely that SJWs had the wherewithal or the linguistics education to report the game or flag it down. However, if you want to play this loli-style visual novel with the 18+ uncensored content patch, you can do so right now. The game is currently available on the Steam store for $24.99.
