Bandai Namco Shows Off Code Vein’s Mia Karnstein In New Character Trailer

Bandai Namco promotional campaign has been rather excessive for Code Vein in that we’ve seen quite a bit of the same thing in the past months before gaining an official release date. Now that we have a release date (September 28th) more character trailers have surfaced, and one of them happens to be solely about Mia Karnstein.

With all of the Code Vein trailers hitting social media and YouTube like there’s no tomorrow, it wouldn’t be strange to say that you’ve seen enough of the game, right? Well, Bandai Namco feels that you need to see more and has a new character trailer out.

The devs published both the English and original (Japanese) videos on Bandai Namco and 876TV YouTube channels as seen below.

Sadly, the trailers above reveal nothing new that we haven’t already read about when Bandai Namco released Mia’s bio months ago. However, if you’re hard up for Code Vein news, the above will definitely suffice.

As for gameplay, Code Vein dabbles in the third-person action RPG genre and aims to challenge players in the difficulty department with challenging bosses and uncompromising combat. Players will assume the role of a Revenant, which can be customized to the player’s liking.

Tasked to embark into the world with a companion picked from the various residents of Vein to uncover lost memories and an exit out of this new demented reality, the world of Code Vein is said to be both dangerous and desolate. According to Bandai Namco, this “vicious world” will test players and their combat skills against formidable enemies and monstrous bosses.

Hopefully, an extended gameplay video showing new areas, character customization and, hopefully, stuff that hasn’t been shown before appears sometime soon. Until then, what is known is that Code Vein is due out for PC, PS4, and Xbox One worldwide on September 28th.
