Back in May, we learned that Capcom announced the release date for the new Mega Man game Mega Man 11. The upcoming title will drop across PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on October 2nd. However, the game has a new trailer out, and an updated Steam page that reveals it will be using Denuvo at launch.
Firstly, the act of fighting Torch Man will be present in the game. According to the new boss video Capcom released we can see just how dangerous Torch Man can be. Upon defeating the fiery man, you gain access to the Blazing Torch special weapon. Equipping this weapon will alter Mega Man’s appearance as per usual.
If you feel like checking out the blue bomber and Torch Man settling things out in a fight, you can see just that right here thanks to Mega Man’s YouTube channel.
Furthermore, there is a split among gamers where some people don’t care for this thing called Denuvo, whereas some people don’t mind it at all. Whether you are in the former or latter group of the gaming sphere, do know that Capcom will use Denuvo for the PC version of Mega Man 11.
Multiple sites who keep their eyes peeled for this kind of stuff have taken to Mega Man’s official Steam page to uncover that it will be using the tech at launch. You can see for yourself via Steam curator Denuvo Games and pcgamingwiki.com.
Anyway, according to Capcom, Mega Man 11 is said to be a “freshly redesigned Mega Man” that sees the iconic blue bomber taking “on Dr. Wily’s berserk machines, defeating Robot Master bosses and taking their weapons,” in an ever-evolving 2.5D fight with “new and unique enemy” designs.
Finally, if you want to get your hands on this very game, you’ll be able to by waiting for October 2nd to roll around or by pre-ordering it. Mega Man 11, as noted above, will drop for PC, home consoles, and Nintendo Switch this year.
